Losing Time

Has anyone seen where I put my watch?
I know I put it in the usual spot.
Now I won't know when I should get there or when I'm late
I'm losing time.
Seems like yesterday I was on the playground
Playing tag or passing my favorite toy around
Whose team will I be on when we play touch
How much candy did you get? Oh me not that much
I'm losing time.
Hold on, today is her first day of school
I think she needs a jacket , it feel a little cool
Hey kid are you eating crayons, stop running and tie your shoe
My goodness yearbooks are bigger and more colorful than they use to be
I'm losing time.
Oh man, my hands,feet and back they all ache,
Look at my hair, what I have left , it's all grey
Well I've still got my teeth, at least they're not fake!
